1 Loyalty Checking

APY = Annual Percentage Yield.  Rates effective as of July 17, 2026. The disclosed APY assumes a maximum balance of $35,000.

Loyalty Checking: $25 minimum deposit to open. Balances of $25,000.01 or more earn 4.50-3.23% APY. As your balance increases, your overall APY will decrease. If you do not meet these requirements your entire Loyalty Checking balance will earn .05% APY. Loyalty Checking is a variable rate account. The rate may change after account opening. Consumer accounts only. Only one Loyalty Checking account per membership.

Loyalty Checking Monthly Requirements: To earn the higher Loyalty Checking interest rate, you must meet three requirements during the monthly cycle, which begins one day before the last day of the month. 1) Receive e-statements. 2) Receive $1,000 or more in eligible deposits to your Loyalty Checking account. Eligible deposits must post to the account and be available (must not be pending or held) at the end of the cycle. Deposits originated from other Rivermark accounts, overdraft transfers, Rivermark loan proceeds or credit card advances, fee reversals, refunds or deposits returned unpaid, do not qualify. 3) Spend $1,000 or more in aggregate posted purchase transactions (must not be pending or in pre-authorized status) using your Loyalty Checking debit card or Rivermark consumer credit card (Small Business Credit Card transactions do not qualify), within the same membership as the Loyalty Checking account. If you do not meet these requirements, your entire Loyalty Checking account will earn .05%.

2 Access Checking

For Access Checking accounts, if you only qualify for the Access Checking, your account must be open for six (6) months before you can request to convert to another checking account product. Courtesy Pay (Paid Overdraft) and Debit Card Courtesy Pay are not available on this account. Any items presented for payment on this account will be returned unpaid or declined if there are insufficient available funds in the account.
