We have an important update about our Downtown Portland location. After thoughtful and careful consideration, we have made the decision to permanently close our Downtown branch and ATM effective June 30, 2026. Decisions like this are never easy, especially when they affect long standing routines.
As a member‑owned credit union, we continually review how and where our members are choosing to bank with us. Over time, in‑branch usage at this location has declined, and after weighing many factors, we determined that closing this branch allows us to continue serving our full membership in the strongest, most responsible way possible both today and in the future. Members of our Downtown team will be reassigned to other locations and will be happy to assist you in their new roles.
