Our Institution to Institution Transfer (I2I) service gives you the flexibility to securely transfer funds between your Rivermark accounts and your external accounts at other financial institutions without ever leaving home!

To take advantage of this convenient service, log into Online or Mobile Banking and click on Move Money > Institution to Institution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Rivermark accounts are already enabled for this service.

You can also add these types of accounts from other banks or credit unions:
- Checking and savings accounts that accept ACH transfers. Check with your bank or credit union if you’re not sure.
- Investment accounts that you own, if your brokerage is displayed in the Brokerage Account menu. To see the brokerages listed, select Brokerage for Account Type.
You’ll need to verify accounts before you can use them.
You won’t be able to add these accounts to your service:
- Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).
- Custodial and/or Trust accounts.
- Certificates of Deposit (CDs) or other time-based accounts.
- Loan accounts (including credit card and equity accounts).
You may have other accounts that are ineligible for this service because of restrictions from your other banks or credit unions.
