City of Portland Employee Notice
Ensure uninterrupted payroll deposits by updating your direct deposit information with Rivermark
What’s Happening
Rivermark has been notified that the City of Portland’s payroll provider will no longer accept Advantis Credit Union routing numbers as of September 1, 2025. If you have not updated your direct deposit information to Rivermark, your paycheck for this period will be issued as a paper check on Wednesday, September 3.
If You Received a Paper Check
You have several convenient options to deposit your check:

📱 Fastest Option:
Use the Rivermark Mobile App to deposit your check using your phone’s camera. Your full paycheck will be available immediately. -
🏦 In-Person Deposit:
Visit any of Rivermark’s 19 branch locations for immediate credit. -
🎥 Extended Hours:
Use our Video Teller services, available from 8 AM to 8 PM, at any branch location.
To Ensure Future Direct Deposits Are Uninterrupted
Please take the following steps as soon as possible:
✅ Update Your Information
- Log in to the CityLink Employee Self Service portal - click here and follow instructions provided by your employer.
- Navigate to My Banking Information and update your direct deposit details.
- Use Rivermark’s Routing Number: 323076012
🔍 Verify Your Account Number
Your Rivermark account number may differ from your previous Advantis account number. To find the correct number:
- Log in to Rivermark Digital Banking
- Use the number listed as “Number for Electronic Transfers, ACH, Direct Deposit” for the deposit account you want to use
