Popmoney (Discontinued June 30,2023)
Effective June 30th, 2023, Popmoney will no longer be available within Online and Mobile Banking. This service is being discontinued by our online banking provider. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you used Popmoney previously, please review the following information:
What should I do to prepare?
Notify your contacts that you will no longer be using Popmoney and arrange an alternate payment method. Please cancel all recurring payments. You may also want to make record of your Popmoney transaction history. This information may not be available after June 30th.
What if I am expecting to receive Popmoney payments after June 30th?
Popmoney will no longer be available and the transaction will not be completed. Please arrange an alternate payment method to receive the funds.
What happens to my future dated Popmoney payments?
Popmoney payments processed before June 30th will be sent within Rivermark’s Online Banking. As of June 30th, you will need to use an alternate payment method.
Does Rivermark offer an alternative payment service?
Rivermark will continue to offer the following solutions:
- Institution to Institution Transfer allows you to transfer money between accounts you have with us and accounts you have at other financial institutions. (To access this service, under “Move Money”, choose “Institution to Institution”.)
- Bill Pay allows you to pay bills and send money to those you trust.
- For Person to Person (P2P) payments, your Rivermark Account is compatible with payment apps like Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle, however, the credit union has no technical servicing or support for these apps.
