Ruby Manihani

Mortgage Loan Officer

Meet Ruby

Ruby began her career in financial services as a teller and has spent more than 15 years helping people navigate important financial decisions. Over the years, she found her passion in mortgage lending and helping people understand the financing side of homeownership.

That passion became personal when Ruby purchased her first home at age 23. Going through the mortgage process herself gave her an appreciation for how many questions can come with buying a home, and how valuable it is to have someone who takes the time to explain things clearly.

Today, Ruby brings that same approach to every member she works with. She takes the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and help you navigate the mortgage process with confidence.

For Ruby, mortgage lending is more than helping someone complete a transaction. She genuinely loves what she does and finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of such an important milestone in someone’s life. She is grateful for the trust her members place in her and hopes to be your mortgage loan officer for life.

Her goal is to build relationships that last well beyond the closing table to be the person you feel comfortable calling years from now when you’re ready for your next home, and someone you would feel confident recommending to your friends and family when they need guidance of their own.

Meet with Ruby at the Hillsboro, Fremont, Cedar Hills or Progress Ridge branch!
