His competence, commitment, and empathy pretty much do all the talking. “It’s a relationship, and clients appreciate that I’m there at every step,” he says. “They know I’m always ‘on’ and available to answer questions, anytime, any day of the week.”

It’s been said that interest never sleeps. Sound like Joel doesn’t either.

With more than 25 years of mortgage experience, Joel’s helped plenty of people realize their personal dream of home ownership. And from first-time buyers to repeat clients, he knows that no two are exactly alike. But there is one constant: Joel’s joy when he helps someone find their home.

Born in Korea, Joel’s called Oregon home for the past 50 years. When homebuying season ebbs, he ventures out. A veteran traveler, Joel’s visited five of seven continents—stay tuned for Africa and Antarctica. But no matter where he goes, Joel still believes there really is no place like home.
