Update Your Contact Information

At Rivermark our goal is to provide you easy access to manage your accounts when, where and how you want. 

You can also update your contact information from the convenience of your phone, tablet or PC.  Here’s how:

From Rivermark's iOS Mobile App:

  • Sign in to your app
  • Tap More
  • Select Update Contact Info
  • Edit the appropriate section by tapping the edit button in that section. 
  • Update the category with your new information. Tap the green Save button. 

From Rivermark's Android Mobile App:

  • Sign in to your app
  • Tap into the menu
  • Select Update Contact Info
  • Edit the appropriate section by tapping the edit button in that section.
  • Update the category with your new information. Tap the green Save button. 

From Online Banking:

  • Sign in to your account
  • Go to the My Settings in the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click Update contact information
  • Edit the appropriate section by clicking Update
  • Enter your new information and click Save

Please note that the system may take a few minutes to update. When you make changes on the Mobile App, they may not show up in Online Banking right away.
