New Online Banking

We are excited to announce our new and improved Online and Mobile Banking system!  Careful thought and planning have gone into making these changes and we’re proud to be one of the first financial institutions in the northwest to bring you these new online services.

  • Biometric login so you can use your fingerprint or eye print to sign in faster and more securely on your mobile device.
  • Person to Person transfers to send money to anyone using their email address or mobile phone number.
  • Institution to Institution transfers to move money electronically between your Rivermark accounts and other financial institutions nationwide.
  • Mobile banking for watches so you can access your account information and make payments with the flick of your wrist.

 

Here are a few more of the new features:

 

 

Mobile App Users 

You will need to download the new mobile app. Please delete the old app, as it will no longer function. 

 

Bill Pay Users 

If you have multiple membership numbers, you will be able to pay bills from accounts on any of the memberships you are on.

To verify that a payee is electronic or check, first click the calendar like you are going to make a payment to that payee.  If the next available date is within 2 business days then you know it is an Electronic payment.  If the next available date to pay is beyond 2 business days it will be sent as a check payment.

 

Account Alerts

Any account alerts you've set up in the old system will not transfer to the new Online and Mobile Banking system. Go to My Settings in Online Banking and click Alerts & Notifications to set up your new alerts. From there you can explore additional alert options that were not available to you in the old system. 

 

Quicken/Quickbooks Users  

You will need to modify your settings from within Quicken, Quickbooks or mint.com. See our guides for step-by-step instructions on how to modify.

One-Time Registration Guide

Registration Required

To access the new Online and Mobile Banking system, you will need to complete the one-time registration process using your member number and last four digits of your social security number. Business owners will register using their tax identification number. After you have registered, you will sign in using your new username and password.
