Merger Guide

Welcome to Rivermark Community Credit Union!

On behalf of our entire team, I’d like to personally welcome you to Rivermark!

We are delighted to have been selected by Lighthouse Community Credit Union as the partner responsible for continuing a long tradition of personal service, resolving financial obstacles, and supporting the community.

The merger is official as of June 1, 2021, but both credit unions will operate separately until the Lighthouse accounts are converted to the Rivermark system on August 1, 2021. Be on the lookout in your mailbox for a helpful Merger Guide that outlines important dates and describes important changes to your accounts and online access.

Member Number Change on August 1st

Effective August 1, 2021, you will have a new Rivermark member number. You will receive your number in the mail in July. It will match the following format:

*Lighthouse members with a 6-digit member number will receive a different formatted number.

Your Lighthouse account converts to a Rivermark account on August 1st. Please read through the helpful Merger Guide to make sure you're aware of any changes that may impact your account access. It’s important to keep this guide handy, as it will help your transition into the Rivermark family.

Starting August 1st: Register for Online Banking

Step 1:

Enroll in Online Banking

Click here to register. You'll need your new member number and the last 4 digits of your social security number. Follow the step-by-step directions and you'll be online fast. Our guides will walk you through the process on desktop as well as on mobile.

Step 2:

Download the Mobile App

Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play to access our Mobile Banking app.

 

Step 3:

Try It Out

Deposit a check. Set an alert. Pay a bill. The more you use our Online and Mobile Banking tools, the more you'll wonder how you ever lived without them.
