What types of checks can I deposit electronically?
You can electronically deposit checks written to you that will draw from an account at a financial institution in the United States.
Checks that cannot be electronically deposited include:
- Savings Bonds
- Foreign checks
- Third party checks
- Photocopies of checks
- Checks written to you that are drawn on any other account you may have at the credit union
- Items stamped "non-negotiable"
- Incomplete checks
- Stale-dated or post-dated checks
- Checks that contain evidence of alteration to the information on the check
- Checks purported to be a lottery or prize winning
- Checks previously submitted for deposit
You may electronically deposit checks using our Mobile Deposit on the mobile app or using Online Deposit in Online Banking.
