New Membership Enrollment Authorization
Thank you for your interest in becoming a joint owner at Rivermark Community Credit Union! In the course of the online New Membership Enrollment process, you will be provided with electronic copies of new account disclosures and notices listed below. Please read the "New Account Disclosure and Notice Consent" and the "New Membership Enrollment Terms and Conditions" below and select the "Apply Online" button to agree to the terms. The Credit Union may rely on this consent to establish your credit union membership until it receives your express revocation and has a reasonable time to act upon your revocation.


New Account Disclosure and Notice Consent
By selecting "Apply Online", you agree to accept online the account disclosures and notices described below from Rivermark Community Credit Union (the Credit Union).


Types of Records to be Delivered Electronically
You will have an opportunity to review and print the following new account disclosures and notices:

• Membership & Account Agreement / Funds Availability Policy / Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement;
• Privacy Policy Notice;
• TIN Certification And Backup Withholding Information;
• FCRA Notification for Identity Verification (Security Agreement); and
• Any other correspondence related to your membership request.


Hardware/Software Requirements
You may access the new account disclosures and notices listed above as PDF documents or as HTML documents on our Web site. To access the new account disclosures and notices online you must have a computer and modem, web browser, and a printer or ability to download the disclosures and notices for your records that meet the following minimum standards:

• A current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader software. (You can download this free from our website)
• Computer running the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Chrome, Safari or any browser that enables you to view the site in 128 bit encryption.


Paper Option and Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to request and receive paper copies of any disclosure or notice provided electronically by calling us at 503.626.6600 or 800.452.8502. You may withdraw your consent to receive new account disclosures and notices at any time by sending an email request for cancellation to webmemberservices@rivermarkcu.org or by telephoning us at 503.626.6600 or 800.452.8502. Upon confirmation of your request, the online New Membership Enrollment process will be canceled. There are no fees to withdraw your consent to online delivery of the new account disclosures and notices; however, you will be unable to proceed with the online New Membership Enrollment service.

New Membership Enrollment Terms and Conditions
Your Information
You agree to provide current and complete information about yourself and any joint account owner(s), including your current correct email address, and you agree not to misrepresent your identity, membership eligibility or account information. Accurate records enable us to provide this Service to you.

E-Mail Address
Rivermark Community Credit Union will notify you at the email address you have provided to the Credit Union. In order to receive correspondence related to your joint owner request, you must provide us with your current email address; otherwise, you will not receive your email notification described above.

Acknowledgement
By selecting "YES / I agree" during the account opening process, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of each of the following New Account Notices and Disclosures:

  • Membership & Account Agreement / Funds Availability Policy / Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement;
  • Privacy Policy Notice
  • TIN Certification And Backup Withholding Information; and
  • FCRA Notification for Identity Verification (Security Agreement).

What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other ID.
