Staying Ready for Members and Staff

Rivermark is monitoring the developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are prepared to act as needed to protect the health and safety of our members and staff.

In the event we do need to adjust our hours or close a location, we will provide notice via our website. We do strongly encourage you to follow social distancing best practices by limiting the use of branch locations, instead opting for our Online and Mobile Banking services or calling our Contact Center.

Internally, we have also implemented social distancing protocols and increased sanitation practices to protect members and staff.  This includes the distancing of employees within our locations, work from home options, and business disruption compensation.
