Beware of Scammers

Scammers are capitalizing on the coronavirus outbreak by targeting businesses and consumers through various schemes.  Please remain as vigilant on the internet as you are washing your hands.

Your Money is Safe at Rivermark

There is no Need to Carry Large Amounts of Cash

With full access to your money through digital technology, there is no reason for you to withdraw large amounts of cash; in fact, we’re hearing many merchants may prefer that you use a debit or credit card right now. If your cash is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced, but your credit union can fix you up with new credit and debit cards if they are lost or stolen.

Federally Insured by NCUA

Rest assured that there is no safer place for your money than a federally insured credit union. Our deposits are federally insured by the NCUA, to at least $250,000.

Staying Ready for Members and Staff

Rivermark is monitoring the developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are prepared to act as needed to protect the health and safety of our members and staff.

In the event we do need to adjust our hours or close a location, we will provide notice via our website. We do strongly encourage you to follow social distancing best practices by limiting the use of branch locations, instead opting for our Online and Mobile Banking services or calling our Contact Center.

Internally, we have also implemented social distancing protocols and increased sanitation practices to protect members and staff.  This includes the distancing of employees within our locations, work from home options, and business disruption compensation.
