Important Changes at our Branches

What You Need to Know

We are pleased to tell you that Rivermark’s branch lobbies have reopened. The health and safety of members and employees is our top priority and we have new standards in place to provide the safest experience possible.

Update: Masks are required at our branches effective Friday, August 13, by order of the State of Oregon.  An appointment is still recommended for services that cannot be completed via Video Teller. Appointments are not necessary for basic deposit, withdrawal or cashier's check transactions.

Appointments can be made online or by phone. 

Branch Services:

  • Branch Lobbies
    Beginning August 13th, masks are required for members and staff in our branches.
  • Branch Representatives
    Appointments are recommended for services that cannot be completed by Teller or Video Teller.  Appointments can be made online or by phone. 
  • Video Tellers
    Our video teller kiosks remain available for walk-up and drive-thru service from 8 am to 8 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.

We encourage you to take advantage of the remote and digital banking options that are available. You can complete nearly all banking functions remotely, that you could do at a branch. Learn More.

Skip a Loan Payment

Skip a Payment is a convenient service we offer to allow you to save a payment on months when money is tight. Most consumer and business loans are eligible.
