2022 Grant Recipient

We are excited to announce that the Rivermark Community Fund, a philanthropic arm of Rivermark Community Credit Union, has directed its 2022 grant of $20,000 to Community Roots Collaborative (C-Roots), a non-profit organization aimed at creating stable and affordable housing. The donation will be used to help develop permanent, cottage-style tiny homes in Clark County for the unhoused.

Rivermark is proud to support Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Since 1983, members have helped raise more than $700,000 for Doernbecher; recognized as one of America's leading children's hospitals for pediatric care. This year's goal is to raise $15,000 for Doernbecher -- but we can't do it without you! Use your Rivermark debit or credit card to make purchases on #GivingTuesday, November 29, 2022. Each time you use your card, we'll automatically donate $0.25 to Doernbecher.

2022 PDX Diaper Drive

Rivermark's 2022 PDX Diaper Drive is June 1st thru 11th. We have teamed up with PDX Diaper Bank to collect donations for babies in need. There are over 150,000 children living in poverty in Oregon. Families shouldn't be forced to choose between purchasing food or diapers for their children. By partnering with community agencies, the PDX Diaper Bank provides free diapering supplies to low-income and houseless families.

2021 Grant Winner

Oregon Energy Fund

The Rivermark Community Fund has directed its 2021 grant to provide $20,000 in utility bill assistance through the Oregon Energy Fund (OEF). The donation will support households in Clackamas, Gilliam, Hood River, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Sherman, Wasco, Washington, Wheeler, and Yamhill counties. Amidst lingering financial challenges from the pandemic that range from global supply chain constraints and rising costs to staffing shortages and stagnant wages, many US residents face steep increases in the cost of heating their home and keeping the lights on this winter.
