Rivermark Promotes Cori Poland to Chief Experience Officer

Cori PolandBEAVERTON, OR – Rivermark Community Credit Union is pleased to announce that Cori Poland has been promoted to Chief Experience Officer, effective November 1, 2018.

Cori brings over 18 years of credit union experience to this position. As a member of the Rivermark leadership team since 2009, her career spans roles focused on branch and contact center operations. Most recently, she served as vice president of consumer loans at Rivermark. She is passionate about employee development, transparent communication, and utilizing industry-leading innovation to deliver an exceptional member experience.

“Cori helped lead the transformation of Rivermark’s Member Resource Center branch model,” said Seth Schaefer, President and CEO of Rivermark. “Additionally, she helped develop and launch a new membership process for both internal and external channels, and implemented many self-service options of members. Her passion for improving how Rivermark may better serve its members is clear and I’m very happy to have her lead the Member Experience Team at Rivermark.”

Cori received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Portland State University in 2000 and graduated from Leadership Beaverton in 2011 and CUNA Management School in 2016. She is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program with the University of Oregon. Cori is a member of the Oregon Chapter of Achievement Rewards for College Scientists and a prior board member of the NW Credit Union Chapter. She holds certificates in Integrity Selling and Coaching as well as Gallup’s High Performance Team Leader course.
