Make Sure Your Contact Information is Up-to-Date

Update Your Contact InfoOccasionally we will need to contact you regarding your accounts. Because of this, it is important that we have your most up-to-date information on file. 

Did you recently move or change your primary email address? Save a phone call and update it in just minutes within Online Banking or the Mobile App. 

From Rivermark's Mobile App:

  • Log in to your account 
  • Tap the More option (iPhone) or the hamburger menu (Android)
  • Scroll to Update Contact Info
  • Tap on the edit icon
  • Edit your information and tap Save

From Online Banking:

  • Sign in to your account
  • Go to the My Settings in the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click Update contact information
  • Edit the appropriate section by clicking Update
  • Enter your new information and click Save 

Note that it may take 1-2 business days for your information to be updated in our system.
