Occasionally we will need to contact you regarding your accounts. Because of this, it is important that we have your most up-to-date information on file.
Did you recently move or change your primary email address? Save a phone call and update it in just minutes within Online Banking or the Mobile App.
From Rivermark's Mobile App:
- Log in to your account
- Tap the More option (iPhone) or the hamburger menu (Android)
- Scroll to Update Contact Info
- Tap on the edit icon
- Edit your information and tap Save
From Online Banking:
- Sign in to your account
- Go to the My Settings in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click Update contact information
- Edit the appropriate section by clicking Update
- Enter your new information and click Save
Note that it may take 1-2 business days for your information to be updated in our system.
