A few months ago, we launched our enhanced Online Banking platform and mobile app. We recently rolled out an app update with some enhanced features that will make your mobile banking even more convenient.
Fingerprint ID (Now available for Apple & Android)
There are now three ways to securely log into your app: username/password, Eyeprint ID or Fingerprint ID. To enable fingerprint ID on your Apple or Android device, log into Settings and toggle Fingerprint ID on. You will be asked to set up your fingerprint. Note that Fingerprint ID will only work on Android devices running 6.0 Marshmallow or higher.
Forgot Username & Password (Apple & Android)
You can now recover your login credentials using your app. Simply click Recover Credentials on the More section of the opening page of the app.
See Balance in Notification Center (Apple)
See your balance in the Notification center on your iOS device. Simply swipe down from the top of your screen to see your notifications. Please make sure you have Quick Balance enabled within your App.
3D Touch (Apple)
When you press down on the app icon you will have the option to easily navigate to Transfers, Bill Pay, Check Deposit or Chat. You’ll also be able to access a view of transactions without leaving the account page. Note that this feature is only available on iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus.
