You’ve probably heard that our Gresham branch at 901 SW Highland Drive will be relocating to Gresham Station on 10/27/2014! The branch will be transforming from a traditional branch into a new Member Resource Center. As a member, you’ll enjoy advances in technology that value your time, convenience and privacy more than ever.
As a result of this move, the existing branch and walk-up ATM located at 901 SW Highland Drive will close permanently at 6 pm on Friday, October 24.
The new location will feature Live Personal Teller Kiosks, similar to our current Drive-Up technology, that offer you extended access to live interactive tellers. The Personal Teller Kiosks will be available for extended hours, including 8am – 8pm Monday-Friday and 10am – 6pm on Saturdays. The Member Resource Center hours will be Monday-Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 2pm.
We’ve had some members ask questions about the relocation and new technology. We’ve gathered up the most common questions and addressed them here.
Where will the new branch be located?
The new location is at Gresham Station. The shopping center is currently home to over 50 stores and restaurants. Located right off the MAX line, and not too far from our current branch, it offers convenient access for members.

Why is the branch relocating?
Rivermark is moving in the strategic direction to weave new technology into our branches, offering our members greater convenience and access. The opportunity to move the branch and open it as an innovative Member Resource Center at Gresham Station came up and it made sense to make the move there. We think our members will find the lively shopping center a welcome convenience.
Is there enough parking at Gresham Station?
Parking availability was of critical importance when we evaluated relocation opportunities. This particular location at Gresham Station was carefully chosen due to its distance from the heavily-parked areas in the shopping center. With ample parking on 3 sides of the building we are confident that parking won't be an issue.
Will members have ATM access?
Yes. There will be ATM access 24/7 at the new branch.
What is a Personal Teller Kiosk? Has my teller been replaced by a machine?
Not at all. The Personal Teller Kiosk will link you to a live teller via a secure connection. The live teller will be able to help you with the majority of transactions currently offered by your teller.
The Personal Teller Kiosk will not only save you time, but also offers you the convenience of being able to speak with a teller over extended hours. A Live Personal Teller will be available to assist you Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 10am – 6pm.
Most of the tellers and loan officers you have been helped by in the past will be making the transition to the new location.
