The Dalles is one of the many communities that Rivermark is proud to serve. The dedicated staff at the branch there volunteer for a number of events in the community throughout the year.
This past Winter Rivermark donated 15 high-quality Dell PCs to Chenowith Elementary School. This was made possible by Erica Flores, an Account Officer at the branch, who set up the donation. Students at the school sent colorful messages to say thank you.
In March Rivermark was a proud co-sponsor of the Outstanding Volunteer Award at the annual Tradition of Compassion event hosted by the Mid Columbia Health Foundation. Branch Manager Charla Fraley volunteered at the event, held at the new Fort Dalles Readiness & Workforce Development Center. Community volunteer Marilyn Wong was the recipient of the award and was honored at the event.
This year Rivermark is once again sponsoring the Cherry Festival Royal Kid’s Court at the Northwest Cherry Festival. Your child can be a part of it! From now until April 4th drop off a 5x7 photograph of your child at Rivermark (1240 W. 6th Street, The Dalles, OR 97058) to be considered for the Miss Royal Ann and Mr. Royal Andy competition. Then stop by the branch from April 7th-April 18th to vote for your favorite. The winning children will receive a very special place to ride in the Cherry Festival Parade on April 26th, as well as gift certificates from Rivermark and JC Penney.
Rivermark is pleased to be a part of The Dalles community. If you find yourself at the branch there be sure to stop by and thank the staff for their amazing support.
