Have you noticed the changes to Rivermark’s website and mobile app? We made these changes to provide you a more robust, user-friendly website. We’ve heard some great feedback from our members on these changes and we want to make sure you are aware of everything that the new site has to offer.
The website transitioned from a static design to a responsive design. This means the layout of the site will change based on the size of the screen it is being viewed on. Someone viewing it on a mobile device will see a slightly different design than someone viewing it on a PC or laptop. The functionality and information on the site will remain the same.
Website best practices dictate that a website should be compatible with the current version of a browser plus one version previous. We took that a step further and developed our site to be compatible with the current browser plus two previous versions. That means that if you are looking at the browser in IE, the site should have full functionality in Internet Explorer 11, 10 and 9. It is possible that the site will still render correctly on an older version of a browser, depending on how much that browser changed over versions, but we cannot guarantee it.

Free Rivermark App
When using online banking with a mobile device or a tablet we suggest that you download the free Rivermark App. The App offers the same capabilities as online banking including the ability to make deposits, transfer funds, pay your loans, pay bills and check balances. You can even use our chat function. We are always pushing upgrades to the App based on feedback and anticipated needs.
