Update Your Personal Information With Us Online

Updatecontactinfo ImageAt Rivermark our goal is to provide you easy access to manage your accounts when, where and how you want. 

With our most recent upgrade, you can now update your home address, mailing address, forwarding address, phone numbers and email from the convenience of your phone, tablet or PC.  Here’s how:

From Rivermark's Mobile App:

  • Sign in to your account 
  • Select More on the menu
  • Select Update Contact Info
  • Select your name from the drop down 
  • Edit the appropriate section by tapping on the green Edit button
  • Update the category with your new information. Tap Submit at the bottom of the page

From Online Banking:

  • Sign in to your account
  • Go to the User Options drop down
  • Click Update Contact Info
  • Select your name from the drop down
  • Edit the appropriate section by tapping on the green Edit button
  • Update the category with your new information. Tap Submit at the bottom of the page

Please note that the system may take a few minutes to update. When you make changes on the Mobile App, they may not show up in Online Banking right away. And don’t forget to update the contact information for your spouse or children.

While you’re at it, be sure to update Account Alerts by selecting Set Alerts under the Accounts drop down. For your convenience, your email address or phone number can also be updated in the Contact Manager tab.
