Rivermark is constantly looking to improve user experience with our products. This includes looking at our Mobile App and determining ways it can better serve our members. We have recently made some upgrades that we think members will find useful.
Member to Member Transfers – Members can now transfer money from their account to another member’s account straight from the Mobile App. In order to set up accounts in this feature you must first log into Online Banking – click “Transfer Money” and select the “Add People” tab. Note that you must have the member number available of the member you are looking to add.
Pending Debit Transactions – You are now able to see transactions that are pending but not yet posted to your account. These will show up under “Transactions” in each of your accounts under “View Accounts”.
Merchant Name Upgrade – In order to provide more transparency we have added merchant names in your list of transactions. Now transactions are clearly labeled with the name of the merchant or vendor you purchased from.
These changes are just a few of the many functions that the Rivermark Mobile App offers. You also have the ability to make mobile deposits, transfer funds, pay your loans, pay bills and check balances – all from anywhere!
