Online. By clicking "Online" below, you agree to accept the Online Banking Agreement & Disclosures online. The following terms and conditions will apply to our delivery and your receipt of the Agreement and Disclosures online. If you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, your obligations will not be effective until you receive the disclosures online or by mail.

Scope of Online Consent. Your consent to receive online documents includes the Online Banking Agreement & Disclosures. To access disclosure documents online you must have a computer and modem, web browser, and a printer or ability to download the disclosures for your records that meet the following minimum standards:

• Computer running the latest version of Netscape or Internet Explorer in order to view the site in 128 bit encryption.

In addition, if you wish to use some of the features of the Online Banking service, you must have:

• A personal financial management software program, such as Quicken® or Microsoft® Money that supports the Account History download feature.

Your Rights. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive documentation online by giving us instructions by phone, mail or e-mail withdrawing your consent. There are no fees or restrictions on the Online Banking service for choosing to withdraw your consent for online disclosures or requesting any paper copy of the Agreement. You have the right to request and receive a paper copy of the Agreement and Disclosures at any time by contacting any branch office or requesting the documents by telephone at (503) 626-6600 or (800) 452-8502 or e-mail to the Member Services Department through our Web Site: www.rivermarkcu.org.
