Recognizing that our members' financial needs are constantly evolving, Rivermark is pleased to offer the convenience of E-Statements online. E-Statements provide you with the same information as paper statements, but are securely available through Online Banking. This exciting new way to receive Rivermark statements not only allows you to view account information when you want, but also eliminates the need for paper statements.

How do I sign up?

There are a few easy steps to enroll:

1. You must be registered for Online Banking. To register, follow the steps here.
2. Once you are registered for Online Banking (or are already registered):
   1. Log on to Online Banking
   2. Select the “Statements” link
   3. Enter your email address
   4. Read and accept the E-Statement Agreement and Consent Form

Once you sign up for E-Statements, you will begin accumulating up to 6 months of online statement history.

Each month we will send an email letting you know your monthly statement is ready. Simply click the link provided in the email to retrieve your statement. You can print them, save them to your PC, or Online Banking will store them for you for 6 months. Best of all, Online Banking and E-Statements are FREE for all Rivermark members.
