On June 15, Rivermark introduced a new and improved Telephone Teller system. The new system replaces service codes with a guided menu to make it even easier to check balances or make transfers 24 hours a day using your touch tone phone.

Using a touch tone telephone and personal identification number (PIN) you can:

• Get account balances
• Transfer money
• Verify that a check has cleared
• Make loan payments
• Request a withdrawal by check
• Even request interest and dividend information
