Loans: a complete selection for your every need

We've put together an extensive selection of fixed and variable rate loans to meet your specific needs. Whether you're a first-time buyer, moving to your next home, refinancing, or buying additional property, Rivermark has the right loan for you.

  • First-time home buyers - One of our specialties. Call us for a consultation. We'll show you your best loan options.
  • ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortgage) loan - We offer loans at excellent rates fixed for three or five years. Borrow up to 95% of the purchase price or appraised value (whichever is less). On a refinance, borrow up to 90% of the appraised value. There are no points or upfront loan fees, you pay only the closing costs.
  • Conventional loan - Choose a conventional 15 or 30 year fixed rate mortgage loan.
  • Zero percent down loan - This loan is perfect for borrowers that do not have money saved for a down payment, but have excellent credit (good for new purchases only, not refinancing). Your rate is fixed for five years and will then adjust annually. Closing costs will be approximately 3% of the loan amount and can be paid by the seller or a gift from a family member. Private mortgage insurance is required, and as a credit union, we can provide you lower private mortgage insurance rates than other lenders.
  • Land loan - the loan that lets you purchase the land you've always wanted. Borrow up to 80% of the purchase price or appraised value (whichever is less) and fix today's rate for five years, with rates adjusted annually from then on.
  • Floating Home loan - Yes, we finance floating homes! Borrow up to 80% of the purchase price or appraised value (whichever is less) and fix today's rate for five years, with rates adjusted annually from then on.
  • Rental Property - Want to invest in rental property? No problem, we can help. Borrow up to 75% of the purchase price or appraised value (whichever is less) and fix today's rate for three years, with rates adjusted annually from then on.
  • Refinance - lower your monthly payment. Refinance with a low-rate Rivermark loan. Ask a Rivermark real estate expert to help you put together the best loan today.
