Who Can Join
Anyone who lives or works in the Oregon counties of Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Polk, Yamhill or Marion can join. Also, family members or domestic partners of anyone residing in our six-county area can join. Family members are defined as: parents, grandparents, spouse, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, siblings, half-siblings and aunts and uncles by blood, adoption or marriage. Domestic partners are defined as: sharing the same regular or permanent address, have a close personal friendship and have agreed to be jointly responsible for basic living expenses and each other's common welfare.
