New Hawthorne Branch

Rivermark's new 8,800 square foot Hawthorne branch features six teller stations, a self-service coin counting machine, night deposit drop, an investment representative and a mortgage loan officer.

The next phase of the project is the demolition and recycling of the old branch building and the construction of new drive-up teller lanes, member parking and covered bike parking.

Building Green

We incorporated these sustainable building features into our new branch:

A 1,200 square foot green roof and on-site storm water filtration system
Xeriscape landscaping to conserve water
Energy efficient lighting and automated lighting controls
Extensive use of recycled materials, including paint, steel, drywall, metal studs, concrete, ceiling tiles and patio pavers
Solar-ready and electric vehicle charging station plans
Use of carpet and adhesive materials that produce low VOC levels to improve indoor air quality
GreenGuard insulation that is HCFC free and made of no less than 30% recycled content
